Technical Discussion: Customized Solutions Focus on Energy Efficiency

At the thematic conference held at Budweiser Cheongju in South Korea, Mr. Yang, the PM of Hotran, led the team to discuss with Korea client about the optimized thermal circulation system for their bottle washer and warmer. The solution involves the installation of 2 customized heat pump to recover waste heat from workshop space and from the bottle washer. This recovered energy is then transferred to the bottle heating system, effectively reducing cooling water consumption during the washing process and minimizing steam usage in the heating process, which enables an overall energy consumption reduction of more than 20%. During the conference,  the detailed new thermal system with heat pumps was formally confirmed, and the entire program can save over KRW by 100 million annually.

Onsite Survey: Data Collection Identifies Retrofit Priorities

Hotran team conducted an in-depth inspection of the bottle-washing facility onsite, performing real-time monitoring of operational parameters across critical equipment. Engineers utilized infrared rangefinders to locate heat-generating equipment and trace pipeline networks, while systematically collecting key data including water temperature, water consumption, and steam usage patterns.
